The app opens the Google browser. I can only access my notes if I launch the app from the page where I downloaded it. If the relaunched app is closed and I have to go back to the page etc. I can not find any help with for this problem. Can you help?

I recommend checking the Simple Sticky Notes available for downloading from the application page at Software Informer because this version of Sticky Notes isn't actually supported anymore. In fact, the software appears to be discontinued because I couldn't find anything about it on the official website. A Chinese-related website is loading instead that has no connection to the product.
You'll see that Simple Sticky Notes works way better than this app. I am currently using it to keep everything I want to note.
Additionally, there is Evernote that can help you keep track of various notes.
How do I sync the Sticky Notes with Google Drive as stated in your app description? Thanks.

I've checked the description, but there isn't anywhere specified about the synchronization features with Google Drive service, at least not automatically. You can, however, do this in manual mode by installing Google Drive and then saving the notes into a folder that you set up in Google Drive.
Create a folder on your desktop/partition then save all the notes to that folder and Google Drive will automatically sync the contents of the folder with the online cloud storage.
This is currently the only way if you plan to use Sticky Notes further.
Yes, it is possible to back up the notes on the Sticky Notes extension for Windows.
